What to send us

  • The email address used for your Plinth account.
  • Your device model and operating system version.
  • The app version, if you are using a mobile app.
  • A short description of the issue and what you expected to happen.
  • Order details if your question is about a purchase or refund.

Common issues

Sign-in and account access

If you cannot sign in, confirm you are using the same email address and sign-in method you used when creating your account.

Missing books or library access

If a purchase does not appear, wait a moment and refresh your library. If it still does not appear, contact support with your order details.

Syncing notes and highlights

Make sure you are signed into the same Plinth account on each device and connected to the internet so recent changes can sync.

Refunds and billing

For refund questions, email support with your order details. Our refund terms are set out in the public Terms of Service.

App stability

If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, update to the latest version, restart the app, and include your device details when contacting support.

Privacy requests

For data access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support or use the privacy contact listed in the Privacy Policy.
